Something shot at the grenades setting a bunch of them off VERY prematurely and in the midst of the explosions that would be point blank from the precision of her drones. The same as what happened to the emp grenade very early on, she used the likely startling event to spring out of her hole and hurled her halbard with her sword in hand.
