Bungie please fix the loot system.
Like I ain't gonna lie I'm getting to the point were I question if the item is even in the loot table. For example I have yet to receive the frumious cloak when I have the other armor pieces and week after week after week after week after week after week I do all the missions on my hunter and on my titan, so I can have more to increase my chance of getting the cloak, but it's either I get frumious gauntlets or boots. All I'm asking is for the chances of getting the cloak to increase or improve the method of obtaining vanguard research tokens instead of having to wait a week to obtain more.

Pretty sure the item is extremely rare until you actually receive it. Then, the drop rate rises. Example and proof : Hard Light and Warlock Gauntlets from Xur this week. I have received 150 Exotic Engrams with Warlock since Launch (roughly in that ball park) never got Hard Light or these Gauntlets. After purchasing these two items, I have received 12 Exotic engrams this weekend alone (I kept track) The 1st Engram decrypted to Hard Light, then the 6th and 7th. The 3rd and 11th decrypted to the Gauntlets. I have noticed this even with Legendaries I have not received in awhile. They wont drop for a week, then they drop and its all I see during that week.

2 通の返信Doing it on a titan will not get you a cloak... Which come to think of it is an improvement because I remember a time where legendaries could decrypt into rares and hunters could get titan gear.
