Bungie last day of the factions and no update on our fix WHY??
Some players including myself are stuck with the previous factions we chose from the last rally.
Your community manager in the help section said he forwarded this last week(edit: rephrased sentence). It's now the last day for this event and all we have is silence.
This is why people say you don't communicate. If you're not going to fix it tell us so I don't have to come here looking to see if you are going to fix it or not.
FYI I came back after 3 weeks to give you another chance but this is what you give us thanks a lot.

You know what Bungie never mind I figured it out. Looking at the amount of people who posted this issue in the "help" section of the forums looks like this only affects a small amount of players so who cares right.
Edit 2: Please don't say this takes time. I'm not a moron. If they can't fix it in time which clearly they didn't they could've either said sorry we're trying or extend the event. No they wanted to see if they can get by with people not knowing there is yet another issue. That's what I take from their silence.

34 通の返信...they didn't even attempt to patch the token farming exploit, which tells me that: 1. They don't have enough staff onboard to maintain the game. or 2. They're too focused on the new DLC (in a desperate attempt to save this sinking ship) that they don't care about what's currently going on.

10 通の返信I'm on here a lot, and this is the first time I've seen this complaint. Realistically of its not an issue affecting many players it's impossible for them to make it a priority. That's assuming they've even seen it yet.

4 通の返信Programmer here and figured I should let you know not all bugs can be fixed overnight. Some bugs are simple and easy to fix, others are deep and problematic to find and fix with out possibly creating a new problem. Especially ones that effect a small number of players. I know they plan to completely change faction rallies so it could be they tried to fix it quickly but couldn’t and figured they will add the fix next season.

3 通の返信It’s also entirely possible there isn’t enough time to diagnose the issue, develop and test a Fox, and then deploy it. This might come as a shock to many, but some of these things actually take time to fix.

1 返信Things take time to fix, OK sure that's plausible and even probable. But what Bungo supreme never does is take actions to ensure people eventually end up with what they should have gotten. They SHOULD run an extra rally on what would normally be a dead week for the people who were shafted on this one. They won't though. They SHOULD keep track of who didn't receive a reward when something like clan engrams is acting up, but the don't They don't follow up, they just fix the current state and sweep the issue under the rug.

5 通の返信Everyone wants to grind, all corners of this game are complaining about taking out the grind. They found a way to grind by making a useful way to spend their time and this is the result, the weep(fitting name dontcha think) If I could sit in the strike playlist and have it be profitable I would play it all day. I could grab 2-300 tokens from the weep in an hour and be bored to tears. If I could get half of that playing strikes, I would do it all day. Shi7 if I could get a reasonable amount of tokens from PVP I would even go there.

9 通の返信Sorry, but bugs don't all get fixed in a day. Where I work, ANY changes needed to be made to our experience (from marketing pages to web app) take a process of first identifying there's a problem (duh), a dev taking the time to identify the cause and the fix (which can take anywhere from seconds to days depending on how deep rooted the issue could be and priorities), submitting a code fix to a QA Engineer to test the changes and make sure there aren't any failures and that it actually fixed the problem (plus didn't create any new ones), and then we only push code changes live to the product Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays (companies will vary). So even without a schedule of when stuff can be pushed live, there's a bunch of things in between saying "hey, I've got a problem", and "yay it's fixed!" that can't all be done in a short time.

You'd think it'd be a simple fix to just remove the faction allegiance buff from any character with the "pick a faction" milestone. All we seemed to get as a response from Bungie was "this only effects characters not logged in since the last rally" which was simply not true..
