AFTER 4 DAY OF LOOKING FOR A SOLUTION Servers are unavailable Solution For the people that are still having the problem with the "Servers are unavailable" Step 1. Open networkcenter Step 2. Change adapter settings Step 3. Right click on the network adapter you are using then click on Properties Step 4. Double click on Internet protocol Version 4 Step 5. click on "Using the following DNS server adresses" Step 6. Change the Preferred DNS server to 8.8.8.8 and the alternate DNS server to 8.8.4.4 After you done these steps try logging in again and it should work
