Hey even I wouldn't how to do this, plus, god damn it, there's not a thread that has this answered. Nor if smart enough, can change the binds outside of the game. And even that doesn't even help because by searching within %AppData% with Windows Key + R, Bungie, DestinyPC, prefs, then editing cvar with notepad doesn't even help, 'cuz its not there either. So please, help yourself not be a total dick, man. Any who, that's how I learned how to cap framerates, and have a second set of binds.
