It says "This error appears to players who are not signed in with their platform account, or their platform services are undergoing maintenance."
I'm only logged in on 1 PC through Battle.net on the exact account I bought Destiny 2. Every time I try to play it says "You must restart the application using Blizzard's Battle.net app in order to play Destiny 2." (see added image link)
Anyone knows something about this?

I'm sorry to hear that you're having connection issues. Sometimes these are intermittent and just happen once, or for a short period of time, due to network conditions between you, Bungie, and other players. Other times it can be related to your home network, other devices connected to your network, or the connection with your ISP. Take a look at our (comprehensive!) Network Troubleshooting Guide to learn how to get the optimal network setup for playing Destiny. Even when other games seem to be working fine we've found that Destiny may require a few tweaks to your network to get the best performance.

I had the same issue then I finally figured out that discord was causing it. I hope this helped you out! :)

So I had this same issue. I just recently updated all my drivers and Win10 so I could jump right in and play some Destiny 2. But it didnt work and it gave me the buffalo error code...D: I gave up for a little while and decided to play some League of Legends with my buddies but for some reason it was not letting me log in. Well I then remember that some time ago I wanted to play League of Legends I was not able to connect for some reason. I eventually decided to go back one Windows 10 build because this issues started once I updated windows. So I reverted Win10 back one today and now League works again and so does Destiny 2! Hope this helps and spread the word if it does because dealing with this crap is such a pain in the crack.
