Colorblind mode doesn't affect the game mechanic that the OP is posting about. Bungie didn't make it so any of the Colorblind modes changes those red circles in the Gauntlet section of the raid. Please take care when trying to help others when their issues are actually a concern; laughing can cause them frustration.

I wasn't laughing at their disability (Sorry if it came out as such), My humour derived from him not having a complaint that the millions of players are having world wide. I really do feel for him as being a runner in gauntlet was possibly one of the funnest part of the raid :/. Sorry if i came off as insensitive, I hope Bungie at least fixes this so you can at least enjoy this part of the game. Bump this thread deserves it.

Ah, sorry, I didn't think you were laughing at their issue, I thought you were laughing that it's an easily answered question and they just didn't seem to know the answer (about colorblind mode setting).

Most definitely not, I clicked on the thread and legitimately had a good laugh because i was relived that at least one of these post isn't a carbon copy of every complaint in the game.
