Bungie, PLEASE implement a system that punishes leavers. I just played 3 Iron Banner games IN A ROW where at least 1 person left, which in D2 is a HUGE deal because it's only 4v4 now. I recommend a warning after your first leave, then a 5 minute ban, and it just keeps doubling up until you get a week long ban. After it reaches that point, it that player should be permanently banned from Crucible. I can barely even play Iron Banner because the spawns are so bad, and leavers and the crappy rewards system just make it worse.
