Same thing here. We completed the entire raid from start to finish. Went to orbit. Went directly back into the raid, and all 3 of my keys were gone. Didn't switch characters. Didn't create an alternate character. Just lost all 3 keys after going to orbit and directly back into the raid. Super frustrating!
