There's more than 2 reasons for losing keys, I got 3 keys Thursday (this week) i have not logged in to another character, re-entered the raid or created a new character and today I no longer have them in my inventory. This is majorly frustrating. Even more so with the lack of a way of contacting someone for actual help. So angry
