Hello all,
Thank you for your reports. We have identified that creating a new character will remove keys from inventory erroneously. Additionally, Raid keys will be removed from Character inventory upon weekly reset.
If you are experiencing this issue without creating a new character, please answer the following:

I got 3 raid keys about 8 hours after reset today. Then went to orbit and went straight back into the raid to get the chests. By the time we got to the first chest they were all gone. The rest of the fireteam still had theirs. I do not have video evidence of me having keys or losing them.

All 3 keys are missing • Did you return to Orbit, enter alternate activities, or open chests on alternate destinations? A couple of our team got booted to orbit during the raid and I became the leader. After the raid I took us to orbit, then to the tower. I collected an engrams from the postmaster and then opened 2 eververse engrams that I'd picked up in the raid. I then opened all the other engrams. We then went back to orbit and to open the chests. 3 out of the 6 had missing keys. • Do you have any video evidence of Raid keys being removed from your inventory? None, only 2 other team members that also lost theirs.

keonlyにより編集済み: 9/26/2017 5:05:50 PMI lost 2 Keys from the raid, I noticed when I went to finish the pools before the boss, did not have opportunity to use them. Hoping that bungie can kindly give me these 2 keys back so I can open those chest. I don't know how to provide evidence other than Bungie being able to track my game history. I also made new characters during the time so I'm sure that is what caused my keys to go missing.

Hello I also had this same problem. I made the raid leviathan this weekend on Saturday (September 23rd) and Sunday (September 24th) and today Monday (September 25th) play shortly after the game content adjustments that were made by Bungie (+ - 800MB ) and while playing I would go after collecting the raid chests, but when I see my inventory there were no longer the keys I had won. Are you aware of what happened, because it was not just with a player, and would like to know how to recover them? Unfortunately I do not have video of when I had the keys and then I lost the same ones! I need help, because I spent time and sweat playing for nothing, and this was another problem I'm having with the game, "unfortunate"!

Hello Bungie, Raided Thursday 21st. Can’t remember which keys were dropped but think it was two. Would’ve towered out after the raid but no other world activities that night. Definitely ran some more activities on that character, including opening chests, between then and when I started levelling my warlock on Saturday 23rd. The warlock had already been deleted and new warlock created soon after D2 dropped. It had been sitting at the beginning of the first mission ready to go. Ran through several of the red war missions and did some on world events and activities. Don’t know when the keys went missing but noticed they were gone Monday 25th when I went to finish the raid started on Thursday. No love lost, just a couple of keys.

Started the raid tuesday after reset and completed up to Calus. Finished raid wednesday night and travelled to the raid via the destination manager. Immediately realised keys were gone when I went to see which chests I needed. I did not to other activities after beating the raid, but I did do other activities on multiple characters between raid attempts (Wednesday during the day) No video evidence unfortunately

-Got keys on Friday night/Saturday morning. -After getting them, I did do other activities and open other chests on other planets. -No, no video evidence. We didn't finish the boss (one of our team had to split), so we were going to save it til tomorrow. Keys poofed sometime between then and now (the Monday after getting them). Fellow raiders in same group have reported the same happening.

Sooo its monday reset is tommorow are all people who lost their keys SOL, are you (Bungie) going to tell us to go kick rocks? Would love my keys back from the raid plz...."Can we count on bungie support?"

I got an engine key 9/20 and didn’t realize it was gone until my clan went to open the engine chest the next day and I was unable to open. I didn’t switch characters or anything just shut ps4 off and turned back on next day.

After completing a full raid run, I checked my inventory to find that all 3 of my keys were missing. I was sure I had them earlier in the day, at the very least the day before, which means they went away on the 23rd or 24th. I haven't made any alternate characters yet. They keys were the engine key, ventilator key, and transfer key.

FineEdge-Eliteにより編集済み: 9/25/2017 10:37:43 PMI lost 3 raid keys WITHOUT creating a new character after raiding late Friday 9/22. I backed out before Calus and still had my keys early Saturday, but when I entered the raid on Sunday (so I was not affected by the weekly reset) to finish it they were gone. I do not have any evidence other than never opening a raid chest even though I've completed it. Hope it's figured out soon, very frustrating.

During the raid's release week I had a few keys deleted. I did not create a new guardian but I did start story on one of my characters that were imported from Destiny 1. I was not able to determine when exactly the keys were gone but starting the campaign on a previously generate guardian is the closest reason I can think of.

Hey Bungie, I posted about a day ago regarding the missing raid keys and raid milestone. My keys disappeared after I had made a new character and played on it for a bit. I had all 3 keys from the 3 raid events before the boss. This was also before the reset as I was planning to cash in my keys. I spent a few days getting the raid events completed so yes I entered orbit and did alternate activities. However, I never re-did any of the events as I had the keys for them already. I do not have video evidence of my raid keys being removed as I am not streaming or recording my gameplay. You may be able to see that I completed the raid this week and have not opened any chests as the "open 3 chests" raid challenge has yet to be completed for this week. My inventory is clearly missing the keys that should still be in there. Hope this helps and there is a fix. Thanks, JGuayZ

So I did the raid last week on sept 19th on my ps4 account. I received 2 keys the Engine key 100% and the Irrigation key I think can't remember the name of the second key. We did not finish the raid just the fist 2 rooms (forest and gauntlet) we left the raid and the 2 keys were in my inventory. I turned off the game and I might have jumped on xbox to play destiny 2 on there for a bit. When I booted up the game on Thursday (sept 21st) to go unlock the chest with some of the other guys from my raid team I was the only one with missing keys.

We completed the first two challenges on the raid on Tuesday 9/19 and I received two keys. However I did not create a new character so I don't know what caused me to lose mine. We then continued the raid on Friday 9/22 and beat the third challenge, I received that key and was able to open that chest. We also found the other chests on Friday and all my teammates could open the chest but I could not. I played Destiny between Tuesday and Friday and did numerous activities but can't specifically say what at this point. Xbox gamertag is Forteoz2freedom.
