Hello all,
Thank you for your reports. We have identified that creating a new character will remove keys from inventory erroneously. Additionally, Raid keys will be removed from Character inventory upon weekly reset.
If you are experiencing this issue without creating a new character, please answer the following:

I received 3 Keys, same as my raid group. When we went to go to the underbelly I checked my inventory and saw that there were no keys there. The rest of my group still has theirs and I have none. Didn’t do anything out of the ordinary and we all did the same things leading to the point of discovering my keys were missing. Please fix this.

Hello, this is the third week that i miss keys from raid, i have only 1 character lv20 and every week i receive keys and i missed them every time I go to open the chests. Yesterday i complete all the raid with my team, we go on orbit and go to open chests but when i arrived to the chest i had no keys.

Lost 4 keys after returning to the tower. I've had no issues with keys up to this point. I received them all after reset, 3 just in the last hour. Went to the tower after callus, and all 4 keys were gone. Did not go directly to orbit, no alternate activities, nor opened chests anywhere else. No video evidence to support my claim.

It wasn't til we cleared first room til I found out all of my keys were missing. The rest of the group had all their keys. Armory, ventilator and aquaduct. PSN is Skrek Fix and reimburse please.

Finished raid on 09/26 after weekly reset but did not use any of the three keys I received. Logged off for a few hours, set up my account for the companion app, and logged back in to find my keys have disappeared.

Me and my raid team finished the raid and went to orbit. We then realized we still had time left so we went back to the raid to get the chests. After we got to the raid all my keys were gone. Didn’t record this because I didn’t know it was a problem. Please help

Just finished the raid at 1:30 a.m. CST and had three keys at the end. We did enter orbit to go back to the tower but decided to get the chests first. Upon returning all my raid team had their keys but me. No video of the event.

Yes, I did up to the Calus with my friends but it got to late for them so I found a group on LFG, and after we beat Calus we went to go open the chests and they had keys but mine were gone. • Do you have any video evidence of Raid keys being removed from your inventory? Kinda? I took a picture of them before changing to the LFG team because last week they went missing also. But I have no proof that I didn't use them sadly.

I had beaten raid tow times one wii my Warlock and the other with titan both had 3 keys 3. I went to the tower and I went back to the raid with the team I beaten it with and I check to see if my keys are there and they are GONE.

@BNGHelp5 Lost all my keys, Just finished the raid 11:30 PM 2017-09-26 Tuesday. ALL my keys are gone after i went into orbit after raid and went back into the raid to unlock the Chest with my raid team. After that when i went to the first Chest i realized I didnt have any of my keys left but my entire Raid team has it still. I lost the drain Key, Armory key, and Conduit. My PSN Gamertag: RTFlinch

I received my keys on each Raid Section completion as usual (was fine first week) and had them until Raid completion and until we went to the Tower. They were not in my inventory when my fireteam went back to open the chests, and I was the only one in the fireteam without my keys. No video evidence unfortunately.

I had just finished the raid a little while ago and we went back to orbit to relaunch the raid to get the underbelly chests and all my keys where just gone as so as we left the raid to go to orbit, if there is anyway possible I would like to get my keys back so I can collect my rewards, thank you PSN: zombiebutcher210

Just finished the raid 15 minutes ago. Group went to orbit, immediately went back into the start of the raid and notice myself and one other raid member lost all our keys. Fix this issue and reimburse these players. Put hours and hours into this raid and it's painful not being rewarded as much as other raid members.

- During the raid AFTER the weekly reset. - I did get kicked from fireteam due to server issues (unsure if keys went missing after I rejoined), but also went to orbit and tower before going back to do the chests (thats when I noticed they were gone). - I did click on the ps4 share option, will check when I get home and hopefully it will show and I'll upload.

KEVERMINDにより編集済み: 9/27/2017 3:54:13 AMDid raid right after reset TODAY. Thought this issue was fixed. Got 3 keys. All gone. Less than an hour after doing raid. Reset happened at 5 am est. I did raid from 545 til 650. Y’all need to fix this game. I am a dedicated player. I don’t care about the stupid loot from the chests I just don’t want to play a broken game. Edit. I only have ONE character. P.s. heard rumors about destiny 3. Y’all can keep that. P.p.s. Y’all can have your cold heart back too. It sucks. Exponential my butt.

Imma just reply to this^^^ I did a bit of the raid, got the keys, did some public events, and logged off. Just got back on, played on my low level warlock, switched to my Hunter that I did the raid with, and launched into the raid to get chests. Looked in my inventory to find that my two keys (Armory and Drain) were missing.
