Did the raid this Wednesday around midnight MST. Received the Engine, Ventilator and Aqueduct key. Quit at Calus and signed back on with the same character 12 hours later, and all keys were gone. GT: ManBearPig LL

Last night 10/17/2017 my fireteam and I ran the raid and we beat Calus. After we finished, we got the chest under Calus and then went to orbit and loaded back in to open the underbelly. When I loaded back into the raid and checked my inventory, the keys were gone. I had clearly seen the key rewards given to me throughout the raid. The only issue we had was during Calus we got the random wipe glitch when coming back into throne room from the void area. I was promoted to fireteam leader and the old leader left fireteam and rejoined which seemed to clear the glitch. All other fireteam members had the keys. This is a big issue since Bungie seemed to take away rewards from encounters and putting them in these chests. Edit: I did not create any new characters

When did receive the keys that appear to have gone missing? I just completed the raid today post reset. (Tuesday, 10/17/17 12:30pm-2:30pm) I had 4 keys in my inventory upon completion. • Did you return to Orbit, enter alternate activities, or open chests on alternate destinations? After the raid i went to orbit, went to tower, messed with my vault, turned quests in, etc. I then logged off (Keys still in inventory). I logged back on at around 6pm and keys were all still in inventory. I looked at the map of titan, fired up the d2 iPhone app and transferred a sword into my vault. Keys disappeared from my inventory. I didn't create any characters or any of that, i have 3 total, but only play one. • Do you have any video evidence of Raid keys being removed from your inventory? Unfortunately not. I had no idea this was an issue and this was my first raid completion. :(

No video evidence and I shouldn't have to video ever raid I do as stuff like this shouldn't happen as D2 is full of bugs and glitches and I put time and effort into this game for stuff like this to happen it's just really annoying

1. I received them between two days. Two on one day and the other on the next day, with different party members. 2. I returned to orbit after the first day when I got two keys but not the final key 3. Unfortunately not, I am very unsatisfied.

Also, it was affected on my Hunter. No other classes have done the raid.

Completed the raid last night 10/10/2017 with 5 other friends after beating Calus we proceeded to head to orbit to fly back into the raid. Once we flew to orbit all but 1 of the individuals in the group lost the raid keys. The same thing happened on 10/08/2017 to myself when I left the raid to orbit. I have no second character that I have even started playing and I would like all occurrences of lost raid keys to be redeemed so I may be able to grab chest loot.

On 10/10/17 at approx 2:45 am PDT (after reset) my group started the Raid. after a couple hours we finished and half the team lost their keys, including me, once we went to orbit after defeating Calus. I have no video proof.

Regardless of us returning to Orbit or not thousands of players are reporting the same thing. We should not have to provide video proof that it's gone. I do not record game play. I am very upset as we pay not only for the game but put time again and you continuously remove my keys that I earned. As a courtesy to all players reporting your error, we should be reimbursed keys for each week lost. You now know there is an issue on your end and should patch it. People have lives and cannot open the gear right away or the keys and you take them? Come on now, get it together! Stop making excuses for why it's happening, fix it, and compensate players. Keys disappeared 10.9.17. I ran raid earlier in the week. No video evidence. I also ran raid last week and all 3 keys disappeared when I went to orbit.

My raid keys are gone. Below is a list of the dates and actions completed for the raid. October 4 - Wednesday - Completed the Royal Pools and Pleasure Garden. Received a key for each section. I played with 5 other clan mates. October 6 - Friday - I did not participate in the Gauntlet portion but another clan member substituted in for my role. October 7 - Saturday - I was able to join my clan mates and I completed the Calus boss fight. I received a key. October 8 - Sunday - We went to open the raid chest with our keys. Two of us no longer had keys. The other did have their keys. During the Garden and Pool phase we had to go to orbit several times. We had to because there were times where if we died we could not be resurrected. When there was a total wipe no one was around to revive so we had to go to orbit and enter again. If we did not go to orbit we all would simply just stare at the room but could not revive our characters. I never created a new character during that time frame. I never logged into a different character during that time frame. No I do not have video evidence of my stuff disappearing.

I lost my raid keys on October 9, my PSN is homeslice20. I hope that ill be getting these keys back.

-I checked my inventory upon beating Callus before going into the Underbelly. The keys were not present, my inventory is not full. I beat the raid today 10/08/2017. The keys disappeared right after I beat it (or its possible they were never in the inventory to begin with?) -No. Did the Raid in one sitting. Only chests I opened were for completing sections of the Raid as normal. -No, it had been 20 minutes since I checked so i could not capture footage with my PS4 of a key dropping then me checking my inventory. Additionally, I have not made any other characters or switched between any. I am part of a clan, I had two clanmates playing with me they received their keys as normal.

Received 10-5-2017-- Lost 10-6-2017 when I logged back in the morning Went off after the raid, returned back in the morning now they're gone. Didnt save my run.

* Recieved three keys october 3rd * Returned to orbit and tower, decrypted some engrams etc, and logged out. The next day I discovered the keys were gone. * There is no video evidence Playing on ps4

Assuming the keys weren't removed from my inventory immediately after completing the events, they were gone between defeating Calus, returning to orbit, and then immediately returning to the raid. No other clan/fireteam member reported losing theirs. Raid started around 11:30p on 10/04/17, completed around 1:30a on 10/05/17. Known issues had no sway; didn't play other characters, no room to create a new one.

Psn nintendo7828 Completed raid on 10-4-17 obtained all keys went to orbit and then to tower to secret engeams than back to raid rouse keys. Fire team still had all of theirs but mine were completely gone

Posting here again. Lost my keys for the third time. We went to the tower and back into the raid to get the chests and upon reentry all of my keys are gone. Please fix this, it is getting ridiculous. I am yet to open a chest.

Created two new characters last week and completed the raid on both of them with the exception of the gauntlet on my titan this got me 5 keys which were in inventory as of Monday night. I do not have any video evidence of the the keys but they are now gone as well as some glimmer.

This morning I got on to open the aqueduct and transfer chests after completing the raid last night and I'm between going to Orbit to get into the raid and arriving at the Leviathan I lost my keys. I have not created a new character or done any other activities in between. I also do not have any video evidence or keys being removed. This is the second time that this has happened to me, it happened last week as well.
