Hello all,
Thank you for your reports. We have identified that creating a new character will remove keys from inventory erroneously. Additionally, Raid keys will be removed from Character inventory upon weekly reset.
If you are experiencing this issue without creating a new character, please answer the following:
• When did receive the keys that appear to have gone missing?
• Did you return to Orbit, enter alternate activities, or open chests on alternate destinations?
• Do you have any video evidence of Raid keys being removed from your inventory?
I will be forwarding information to internal teams for investigation.

1. I noticed my keys were gone (the first time) after we came back to the raid the next day. My team and I completed 3 parts of the raid the first night and the next day when we got back to it, one of my team members and I noticed that both of our keys were gone. The second time was on a different character the following week and this time I was constantly watching for my keys to be removed and after we completed the first two parts I had two keys, once we completed the third part, my first two keys were removed. Extremely frustrating. 2. The first time, no, I had made a second character before the raid was released on that Wednesday, but that shouldn't affect what happened once the raid was released. The second week, on my second character, I was kicked from the raid (for error code weasel BTW, which has been a continued problem since launch), but that was involuntary and was before we completed the 3rd part of the raid when my keys were still there. 3. No I would like to add that I appreciate the effort to figure out the problem with this. It doesn't seem easy to try to fix all these problems with the community so vocally outraged and I appreciate the effort and time going into fixing the issue. P.S. I would also like to add that maybe the key system should be thrown out. It seems to be causing more issues than it's worth and maybe, just having the loot be a drop at the end of the specific section of the raid would make more sense. That seems a lot simpler and may not cause as many problems. Also, it would be great if we were reimbursed those keys. Just saying. Anyway, thanks and hope this helps.

• When did receive the keys that appear to have gone missing? -Keys received Sunday Sept. 24th, between 12-5 a.m. • Did you return to Orbit, enter alternate activities, or open chests on alternate destinations? -Yes, went back to Orbit after finishing final boss room. No other alternate activities were started, the raid was re-entered and we went to use keys. Other 5 members of fireteam still had keys. • Do you have any video evidence of Raid keys being removed from your inventory? No.

• When did receive the keys that appear to have gone missing? Thursday 21st Sep. Video of the key obtained in Gauntlet https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-2CVnc2c2NM They do not "appear" to be missing - they are gone • Did you return to Orbit, enter alternate activities, or open chests on alternate destinations? Yes level up my warlock, with quest activities • Do you have any video evidence of Raid keys being removed from your inventory? I can get you a picture of inventory with no key but only proves they are gone. For that matter I could have used they keys.

Received the keys on September 22 around 10 pm PST Noticed the keys missing before starting the boss battle, Calus, a day later September 23, had the keys all throughout the day but noticed when the fireteam went back to finish the boss that they were missing. I am the only one in the group whose keys disappeared. No video evidence sadly

ItsSorv (Xbox) - Cleared up to Callus on Thursday/Friday early morning. Noticed several keys in my inventory. - Saturday night/Sunday morning completed the raid (in another instance) in its entirety. Group cleared most chests afterwards, but had noticed the keys missing. - Created a new character (hunter) after deleting another character (was a low level warlock) - No video evidence.

Unfortunately I don't have all the details I had a run on the 21st or 22nd and got a pair of keys and stopped at baths. I waited a day or so, joined up with a couple other groups (all in earlier parts of the raid) played some trials of the nine and noticed that the keys were no longer in my inventory on the 22nd or 23rd. I probably payed briefly on my new character but the character was created prior to the run of the raid where I got the keys. If it matters both characters were warlocks. Surely several chests were opened on other moons but no raid chests. I have a recording of one of the keys dropping and I know I don't have the key now but no evidence that I didn't use it.

I started the raid just after this weeks reset. Completed all the way uo the the final part collecting all the keys on the way. I remember having them until leaving to visit the tower quickly whilst looking for additional players to finish the boss with. Later on I was planning on collecting my loot from the chests and when checking which keys I had I realised that they had disappeared. I do have a second character but they were created before the reset and haven't been played on since so it seems irrelevant in my case.

Hello, I completed the pleasure garden section on Thursday/Friday (over midnight) and received the engine key. On Saturday, I went back to complete the rest of the raid and found the key missing on my characters when I went to open the chest in the engine room. The key had disappeared. Now I have two more keys after completing two other parts of the raid and am wondering if I should even bother going to the underbelly. I did not create a new character and all I did was do different parts of the raid on different days. And you know what makes this really annoying, I had killed three hounds in the pleasure garden (helped two teammates with their hounds after taking down the one designated to me.) So who ate my engine key? - r

I started the raid earlier this week, completed the first 3 parts and received keys for it. When I returned the next day to finish the raid I had lost both my keys and the milestone to complete the raid, which makes no sense because I had never even completed the raid prior to beating it. I had created a new character before even attempting the raid so that cannot be the issue and please give me my keys back.

Losing Keys without ever having created a new character. After completing the Raid at ~10:30 PM CST on 9/23 and attempting to load back in immediately after completion to go open the chests, the party leader received the Rabbit error code and other members received errors as well. It wasn't recorded what errors occurred for party members but at least 1 member remembers seeing Newt. The Party was split with 2 members being Disconnected and went to the tower. The remaining 4 members (I was the new party leader) went back to the raid killed the very first section of enemies outside and then returned to orbit and then the tower immediately after. The 2 disconnected players eventually rejoined the party of 4 at the tower and then all players were pulled to orbit and then launched back into the raid. Upon reaching the first chest that we needed to open I couldn't open the chest, proceeded to look at my inventory and all of my keys were gone. All other members had their keys. The keys that were lost: Irrigation, Armory, Ventilator. Additional info: - No other chests were opened other than the raid chests that auto open. - Unfortunately, no video evidence was captured. - The raid was completed start to finish without returning to orbit in about 3 hours. - At the Gauntlet, one player lost connection and attempted to rejoin twice and was immediately kicked back out. - ^This player was replaced by another, and then that player was immediately replaced by another. - I turned in some rep for engrams with a couple different vendors including Benedict when i returned our party of 4 to the tower. Please start issuing out keyrings at the tower so we stop dropping them.

I lost my 3 keys on Thursday night. Its ridiculous because they were in my inventory on Wednesday. And also it was after weekly reset so obviously the weekly reset did not take them. To answer the questions. I did not create a new character I did not open any other chests And i dont have video proof

I lost the armory key this week. I ran the raid the evening of the 20th, on xbox. someone needed to return to the tower for something, when we got back to the chest, the key was missing. i did use the mail and vault at the tower.

Bungie give me and allvplayer who have missing key back. Why do you feel the need to punish players for playing your game. We all put in a lot of hours so we can get gear the least you could do is fix your game.

Hello, I have lost my raid keys last weekend when I created a second character. I happened to notice they weren't available when I watched my clan loot the raid chests in front of me. I have checked everywhere and cannot find them. Please give me the loot I missed out on!...

Hi, My psn is ShickelgruberII and after leaving the raid and going to the tower I lost 3 raid keys. I didn't start a new character or go through a weekly reset. I lost the keys in a matter of minutes before realizing I lost them only 20 minutes after completing the raid for the first time. It doesn't help that all my friends who did it with me didn t lose their keys. I have to watch as they get exotics and cool loot and I get nothing. I would appreciate any form of compensation. Thanks
