4. Are you game-sharing with another account?
5. If you have a physical copy usually the coldheart code is separate and is in the box.
6. The ghost is exclusive to certain retailers (like GameStop) usually they hand out the code either: in the box, on the receipt when you bought it, or in a email saying you purchased it. Go check.
7. Bungie won't hand out free codes so don't bother asking.
8. Go to your downloads and tell me the details of each D2 item.
10. Do have lvl 20 character AND did that same character beat the campaign?
11. Did you go to Lord shaxx (for the ghost) and the Gunsmith (for the gun) or Amanda holiday in the tower (for the sparrow)?
12. Are you on Xbox or PS?

PC 3. none so far until I get the tracker, received only the coldheard and DLC bonus codes 4. no 5. it is in the box the code for the weapon indeed 6.it isn't either in the box, receipt and also not in the e-mail, they said they runned out of codes 7. got the receipt during the valid time for the codes, I can still go and ask them for a refund 8. haven't downloaded anything 10. only have the data of the BETA 11. not redeeming the code until a clear answer if im getting the ghost or not 12. Sorry man. This is one of my old questionnaires. Designated to console help. I'm not entirely sure how to help the PC people IDK how the codes work or the distribution of licenses for those items work for you guys.

Simply put I think they lied. They're the ones that are supposed to supply the codes. Best thing you can do now is ask for another or ask if the can reprint your receipt. (Not Bungie or Microsoft or Sony because they will tell you to ask them)

yeah that's what I figured happened. and yeah I agree because contacting Microsoft/sony/bungie/activision won't help at all. I told gamestop on the phone that they are the ones responsible for giving me what I pay for and their best response was "sorry". So disappointing. I appreciate your help and responses @The New Age Gun
