Now it is happening again. Peoples are calling for nerf because they can't win in Trials. I'm not a Trials player but absolutely don't want to see guns nerfed . I really don't want to see a Destiny 2 in the same state as D1. Please don't do it, Bungie.

1 返信when MIDA gets nerfed with scout rifles The new meta with Be autos and subs

I think most guns are balanced there are at least three choices of scouts to use I prefer midnight over mida, gun choice will depend on the map, most maps are within auto rifle range, which my scout plays second fiddle.

2 通の返信Anybody ever stop to think that Mida dominated because of the map? This week's map will be more CQC.
-
3 通の返信It can easily be beaten by other scout rifles, people just need to learn how to play an entirely new game where you have to take cover and can't fight 2 on 1s
-
1 返信The trails map is geared towards mid to long range weapons. Naturally the MIDA is going to be good in this situation. Typically any Kinetic Scout rifle with a kinetic stability armor mod will perform well in Trials with team shooting. In trails you typically get 1 life. Why rush in when you can stay at a distance and pick off the enemy?

2 通の返信I just think bringing MIDA back was a bad idea. Sure, bring back Hard Light (or some other low profile D1 exotics) but MIDA? That gun was overused in D1 and it's annoying to have it be back in D2. That said, it doesn't need to be nerfed either.

3 通の返信Mida needs to go. Like, who ever thought it was a smart idea to bring that gun back needs to get fired
-
3 通の返信MIDA deserves a nerf. Was fine in D1. Not fine in D2. Honestly went is it even here? After 3 years, I'm tired of the same guns.

3 通の返信Seems to me people are confusing the nuance between unfair and imbalanced. The MIDA is readily available via it's questline, so using it in trials isn't unfair since everyone has the same access to it. That doesn't mean it's not imbalanced. If people all gravitate to using one gun that very clearly outperforms both the other guns in its class and most other guns in other classes, that's a balance issue that needs to be addressed, lest the game become stagnated by people only using the MIDA.

They'll have to nerf fare thee well then also. Everyone is using MIDA cause its from d1. I Didn't like it there, I don't like it here. I use a hc, in close range and a slow firing pulse at long range. People are just flocking to the name they know. Teamshooting with any gun will make said gun op (in effictive range of course).

2 通の返信Here's the thing dude, don't know how many games of trials you've played or PvP in gerneral buuuuutttttt The Mida is a problem, I've been flawless twice on my two characters that are high enough to do so, and in those games about 90% of people are using Mida. The other 10% are getting routinely poo'd on by Midas. Is the Mida OP? No, not really, HOWEVER all the other guns in this game besides autos are EXTREMELY weak. Wanna use a handcannon? Well be prepared for shit range, ghost bullets, an insane amount of flinch, etc. why use a handcannon when I can use a mida? Or an AR? Wanna use a pulse? Wellllll be prepared to rage against Mida and AR users bc they have a faster TTK than a pulse rifle. The easiest way to play this game right now is to get 4 Midas and team shoot to glory, team shooting is the problem. And that problem exists bc bungie has nerfed every single gun into the ground. Bungie needs to buff other primaries so they can compete against Mida team shooting. But What will probably happen, Bungie nerfs Mida, the next best scout/pulse rifle takes over the best team shooting slot, rinse and repeat.

5 通の返信allison.により編集済み: 9/19/2017 3:59:14 PMIt's definitely because people don't know what the word adapt means. They don't try anything to counter the MIDA and then get pissed off when they lose gunfights at long range to the thing. I was using my Prosecutor I got from a free trials engram (thanks clans) and rekt shit up Yes MIDA is strong at what it does, if you lose to it long range, blame yourself. If you lose to it close range, blame yourSELF. People start to associate skill with weapons when in reality it's just the player. Sure, some guns preform better than others but it's not hard to counter them most of them time (team shotting excluded)
