[BUNGIE] Raid keys erroneously removed from Character Inventory [UPDATE: 10/19/17]
[b][u]UPDATE 10/19[/u]:[/b] As of Destiny 2 [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Explore/Detail/Update/46410]Hotfix 1.0.5[/url], raid keys should no longer be erroneously removed when players create a new character, or when players log in to alternate characters for the first time after the weekly reset.
Additionally, raid keys are no longer removed at the weekly reset, in general.

Through our investigations with internal teams, we have identified two instances where Leviathan raid keys are erroneously removed from character inventory.

To prevent this issue, we advise players sign in with all characters or inspect all characters on the Destiny Companion App prior to completing checkpoints within the Leviathan raid after the weekly reset.

This week i completed the raid gone back to orbit and puffff... my keys are gone... second time im losing all three keys !!! First week and week 4 ... CONGRATZ BUNGIE BRAVOOOO !!! It s a bad game design and you cant make it work !!! Just bravoo

Need to fix the milestone too. My titan's milestone disappeared after getting to calus the first time, and I've completed the raid since and not got the milestone. My warlock's milestone has gone and I haven't even touched the raid with my warlock yet.

Two people in my group lost keys one of which had signed in and played on every character prior to raid. Honestly this is kind of BS to not be fixed in a major patch asap. Just proves the raid is bugged to hell and back. Get what you want and peace wait for DLC or prestige mode. Very demoralizing for people to crush raid in sub 2 hours and get denied. As a clan leader and the Fireteam leader I want to give you the two names and at least reset those characters raid lockouts or give them 3 rando keys. At this point raid is pointless if we are going to loose our keys. Get rid of the chest and let the chest from events reward us not waste time searching doing extra stuff if it's bugged. Also can you fix the rubber banding AI in Gauntlet, the cracked out gittery dogs in garden event, the psion bubble that stays during calus DPS phase, little to no ammo drops from the heavies on calus, or that one in gauntlet that causes the raid to keep dying after the event is over?

1 返信If it helps you find the bug, I also lost my keys yesterday or today. I completed the three raid encounters after tuesday reset and maintenence and never created or changed characters.

Hello, My keys were also removed from my inventory after completing the raid - going to the tower - going back into the raid. We changed team leaders/Split up the fireteam during the trip to the tower (due to loading issues at the tower), but only I lost the raid keys, the others did not even though some were split up as well when going to the tower. Is there a problem when changing fireteams/disconnecting from fireteam? Best,

Last night I was doing the raid with my fellow clan members we finished the raid then went to the tower to decrypt engrams we gathered through the raid. When we went back to orbit the keys were still in my possession because we were discussing who had what keys. When I loaded into the raid they disappeared. [b]I did NOT change character at any point of this happening.[/b] Fair to say I was annoyed, it’s not fair people miss out on potential loot due to a problem on Bungies end. I hope you manage to fix this.

Raid keys were removed from my inventory while running through he maze to the first chest. Never logged out. Didn't switch characters. Killed Calus and went into the maze. I couldn't open the first chest we encountered because the keys were gone. Please fix this issue...and giving me some keys would be awesome as well ❤️

I did the raid with my Hunter last night, took my fireteam and I just over an hour to finish. Went to orbit and then back in to the raid (WITHOUT switching characters or creating a new one) to get the chests. Got to the first one only to find out that all my keys were wiped from my inventory, even though I SAW THEM DROP when finishing each raid encounter earlier in the evening. Bungie, fix this crap immediately. If you aren't giving actual loot when finishing an encounter, at least make your system work correctly. I understand things happen with software sometimes, so all you have to do is somehow compensate the players who have had their keys removed. And don't tell players that you can't keep track of that. If you can keep track of every other little detail for every player, you can find out which players have had their keys wiped.

Did the raid again last night and actually watched my keys leave my inventory after. Stayed on only raid capable character the whole time. Just looking to see what keys we got and then poof, right before my eyes they all disappeared. I know that others in the raid lost their keys as well.

The only loot I’ve gotten from this weeks reset was 3 raid keys, and now they are wiped clean from my inventory. All that hard work gone before I can claim any reward! This is unacceptable! I understand things can happen but you have the power to review who has them and give us some sort of compensation. I’ve spend over $100 on this game and this makes me not want to play anymore or consider any future transactions due to the big let down with no compensation. Bungie, please give us something in return for our effort. This is not fair and it will not go unnoticed. Do the right thing before this turns bad and it rains down on your parade.

1 返信Completed the raid for my second time in a row this week and all my Keys mysteriously vanished after I went to the tower, I did not make a new character or anything like that, when I checked the Companion App I saw them all perfectly intact in my Inventory until I refreshed it. WHY IS THIS HAPPENING!?

1 返信Beat raid and signed in with another character right after reset, lost all my keys. However, on the other character I was able to open 1 chest of the 3 (Which I didn't remember the keys I had just tried them all). So I opened a chest without a key however got robbed of 2 keys, which is the whole reason I do the raid at this point. Bungie needs to reimburse the people that are doing the raid, we're your base you make money off of and you are letting us get screwed and can't even contact you to fix it. I've had Treasure map chests open and drop nothing. I just have to accept it with no customer support? Talk about reasons to not buy DLC.

Just finished the raid and now all my raid keys are gone. I even have video proof of me looking at them in my inventory and out of no where they disappear from my inventory. Did everything Bungie recommended and they are without doubt gone for good.

I'm sure your playerbase would appreciate having the items lost due to problems within the game itself replaced or reimbursed in some fair form. Or are their efforts and the time invested not to be considered of any value ? Not just myself but many of those I enjoy your games alongside have limited playtime. Families, work, adult responsibilities, etc. Is not that they would spend their free time on your game enough to offer some sort of remedy that makes their lost time seem appreciated? My pregnant wife who, I'd say, has less time and opportunity to play than your average gamer lost a few items after spending much of the day investing her limited energy to earn them. To think that her or anyone else's efforts are not worth the time it would take to recompense them for an error within the game is insulting. Especially when most of us would promote Destiny 2 and Bungie for a great number of things. Are we to say that Bungie's support is sadly lacking and one of the few detracting factors when asked whether or not to purchase their products?

I just spent hours doing the raid after this weeks reset reset and the only 'loot' I received were raid keys and now they are all gone! The raid took hours because of game glitches such as dogs spawning in the safe room and death loops where we would not respawn unless someone in the raid left the part.....Your game is utterly broken and was released way too early. I have (had) been a Bungie fan since Halo but this is unacceptable and honestly I feel ripped off and want my money back. You are thieves and vultures.
