[BUNGIE] Raid keys erroneously removed from Character Inventory [UPDATE: 10/19/17]
[b][u]UPDATE 10/19[/u]:[/b] As of Destiny 2 [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Explore/Detail/Update/46410]Hotfix 1.0.5[/url], raid keys should no longer be erroneously removed when players create a new character, or when players log in to alternate characters for the first time after the weekly reset.
Additionally, raid keys are no longer removed at the weekly reset, in general.

Through our investigations with internal teams, we have identified two instances where Leviathan raid keys are erroneously removed from character inventory.

If a player earns Raid keys and creates a new character, raid keys are removed from inventory.[/b][/quote]
To prevent this issue, we advise players sign in with all characters or inspect all characters on the Destiny Companion App prior to completing checkpoints within the Leviathan raid after the weekly reset.
Please note: Leviathan raid progress, including key rewards, are reset each week. We are looking to address issues where keys are removed erroneously with a future update. Stay tuned to @BungieHelp for future announcements. [/spoiler]

1 返信This happened to me last night. Finished the raid. Went back to unlock the drain, irrigation, and ventilation chest when I noticed my keys are missing. How can I get them back?

We had the same Problem Yesterday. We finished the Raid and went to the Tower. After that all Key were gone. Only One Member of our Fire Team didn't had this Problem. We had the same Problem last Week. This is a real frustrating Problem please fix it fast. We don 't need a Prestige Raid before the normal Raid is not working without bugs.

Yesterday, I logged in with my Titan for a fresh reboot day. Launched a raid with my mates ! We nailed it very fast, that was so much fun! I remember clearly to have check the keys in my inventory before crushing Calus ! Then after his robotic death, me and the crew looted from his chest! Then back in orbit to relaunch the raid and use the keys !!! We open the door, go to the first alamr robot room, the door open, I go to the chest, everybody loot excpt me... NO MORE FU****G KEY in my inventory.... SO WHat about that Bungie boys??? How are we going to be rewarded this week for that UGE problem !!!! Please guys try at least to fix the loot... We can accept easily that the dogs in the garden may sometimes use slitely different roads or other movement bug... But Instead of removing the leg emote that open walls... try to make the loot sure 100%! Need help?

I completed the raid from start to finish had three keys irrigation, pipeline, and aquaduct and after completing and going to the tower for my reward my keys were wiped this seems to be a problem. Not only that but 2 of the chest from the raid were completely empty not even glimmer in them what a waste. This game seems to be so broken and by tomorrow will have nothing to do please fix this and help improve the game Thank you

Ghostにより編集済み: 10/18/2017 6:17:00 AMJust completed the full raid from start to finish and everyone got their three keys so two players from our fire team decided to call it a night and the rest of us went to do the chest run, all four of us still had our keys until about the time that the first person opened the chest then it wouldn't let myself and one other in our team claim the rewards. so I check again and ALL my keys were gone, same with one fire team member but the other two members were unaffected by this "Bug". Please help. This was the first time I had tried to use/redeem a key or keys from the raid. On a side note I am also having the know problem of " "Already Added to Collection": We are aware that some item tooltips, such as the Sweet Business Exotic Auto Rifle, and the Symbiosis Exotic Sturm Ornament indicate that they have already been added to the player collection, even if the player has not yet received them. This is an issue with the item's user interface, and we are currently investigating. Note that players who believe that they are affected by this issue likely have not received the item in question." -I have yet to find Sweet Business on any of my characters no matter how many exotic engrams I have opened

Just happenned to me as well. Finished raid, had 3 keys, went to tower to turn in engrams, a few people left the fireteam, went to orbit added a few, and went to check which keys I had and all gone. I have 3 characters, all at 300+, signed into all of them today, but did not switch after obtaining keys. This is BS, Bungie, please replace the keys. It's bad enough that the raid doesn't give gear half the time, but when you steal the keys before we can use them in the same play session it makes us not want to bother playing. This is a customer satisfaction issue...

Just had this happen to me on my Titan after the best run I've had of the raid. We went to orbit after looting callus's chest and then when we went back to leviathon to open our chests, my keys were gone and everyone else still had theirs.. I had the aqueduct, irrigation, and pipeline keys. Is there anything that can be done? Really disappointed if this can't be fixed.

Just had this happen to me. Finished the raid and got calus chest then went to tower. Looked in inventory and my 2 keys were gone. 2ND WEEK IN A ROW. FIX THIS. Atleast just give me my keys back I'm not asking for anything special. It's so bullshit that I go through the raid and then when I get to the tower they are gone. FIX THIS

Just Had this happen to me finish the raid went back to orbit to do a Chest run and the keys were gone for half the fire team.It’s really disappointing to get on here and see how many people this has happened to and that it’s been going on for as long as it has with no recompense for any of the players affected.

Bloody hell fix this crap! Just lost all 3 keys from completing raid. I was leader and went to orbit to start chest run and bam! Gone. Not just mine but all the boys! There better be some compensation for this or a lot of dedicated players will soon be gone. Heck I will settle for a justified explanation not a generic copy paste reply.

1 返信Has anyone gotten a reply or resolution. I mean this is pretty ridiculous and it has nothing to do with swapping characters people are losing them by going to orbit or logging off and coming backto that same character without changing characters or anything.

When we got back to Leviathan my keys were gone! I was just checking them during loading and had them. They just vanished after landing. It really sucks to be deprived of your hard earned loot Bungie. Please fix this and compensate us for the lost loot. For God's sake fix this buggy game!

I have literally just finished raid on my main character and between the time from getting throne room chest and gping to tower my keys have vanished. This is the 2md time it has happened to me although i wad the only one in my fireteam to lose keys. Please fix!
