Hey everyone! I'm currently experiencing an issue where all my pre order exclusive items are locked and I can't use them. Was hoping somebody knows what I can do to fix this issue. Some important information - I just upgraded to the PS4 Pro from the PS4 (did not transfer digital version of the game) - I received the pre order exclusives through digital version of the game - I'm now playing on disc version (don't have digital version anymore) - I entered the code for pre order bonuses that came with physical copy and items are still locked Thanks for your help!
