What does it mean in america then? In britain it can be used to describe a females genitals, as in "shove that up your twat." To describe an uncooth person or persons, as in, "-blam!-ing hell, dave's a twat." To describe someone who has had a little too much to drink, as in, "pete was completely twatted last night." To describe the actions of a foolish person, as in, "what bill got up to last night, was utter twattery." A room full of ladies could also be described as, "a complete twatfest."
