I was unaware that strikes are only playable once. I was also unaware that you can't join a fireteam to avoid this if it really rubs you the wrong way.
He's talking about someone who hasn't run the strike yet. Wouldn't it feel bad if you matched into an interesting strike you haven't played yet and it's right at the end? You've already fought the boss but didn't get to enjoy the strike?? Anyone that's already been through the strike would still be eligible for filling in. It's just to preserve the first experience. Why are you so against it?
No, it's not the end of the world to me. The strikes are something that's played over and over and over again. If you're that against being placed at the end of a strike you've never tried before, like I said, join a 3 man fireteam. I'd much rather have the current system in place because when I farm strikes, it's pretty nice getting placed at the end every once in a while because you end up playing all of them countless times. If there are current ways to prevent a problem, why does it need to be changed ? It's not the end of the world to get put at the end of a strike and go back to the director and try to que up the same strike again. There's also the easy ability to just leave the strike before encountering the boss as well so it doesn't spoil anything. There's no need to try and fix something that isn't broken.
AuraMasterにより編集済み: 9/1/2017 7:49:48 PMExcept that this wouldnt affect you farming strikes.... you still might get placed near the end for easy rewards as long as it's not your first time. Edit: just for clarification, because you apparently don't get it. This is ONLY for the first time you run a strike. When I want to go farm a strike for rewards, it would still consider me for games in progress. But the first run should be a FRESH run. And it IS a broken system... why should the system require you to have a fireteam or to actually quit an activity in progress? There is no bad side to this change, so again: why are you against it?
