I ordered a product from their Bungie store and I don't have the email for the product even tho I got the email for the digital emblem and I have the charge on my bank account, what can I do? because I can't even contact them directly and it doesn't show up as my orders from the Bungie store account sections...

I lost all my dlcs they were on my hard drive but it won’t work and I downloaded them on my system as well but it’s Removed them all away I had beyond light,forsaken,30th anniversary and shadow keep which after I downloaded the game back I didn’t have them anymore
