D2 is worth $19.95
Business analysis:
D2 beta is 1/3 the fun of D1, so the price should reflect that. D2 should be $19.95 instead of $59.99

1 返信But the beta was free, not $19.95 as you suggest. So kudos to Bungie. When D2 comes out, then do your evaluation on that.

10 通の返信Destiny one was crazy tedious and the PVP was actually a joke, yet most of us day-one-ers spent like $200 on a game that never stopped feeling like a beta. I thought Destiny 2 actually felt like a real game in my beta experience.

2 通の返信I disagree. It's only 1/4 of the content, and 1/3 the fun, so it should be five bucks at most.

1 返信What kind of logic is that? D1 has given me over 1500 hours of fun and if D2 is bigger than all of D1 and all its expansions as they claim it to be then the £80 I paid for the limited edition will be a worthy investment. And all my mates will be playing it too and the 1000 strong clan/community I help run. There's no better place to be for a social gaming experience(if you have friends that is)

9 通の返信If you are basing the value of D2 on a direct comparison to D1 then it's probably around the $1,000 mark. Don't you think it's unrealistic to expect consumers to pay $1,000 to play D2?
