343 confirmed that Halo 3 Anniversary isn't happening, and many of us thought this was just them covering the progress up like they did with Halo 2 Anniversary but it's so close to Halo 3's 10 Year Anniversary and we haven't gotten a trailer yet. 343 Industries pretty much screwed up by not remastering this game. They screwed up Halo 5, and Halo 4 wasn't the best, though I'd rather play Halo 4 over Halo 5 any day. Do you guys think 343 will mess up Halo 6? Yes or No...

2 通の返信Maybe. But I've heard some promising stuff, like that they'll be returning to more classic gameplay. From what I heard, 343 wasn't very happy with the way Halo 5 shipped either. We'll just have to see ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ certainly won't be preordering.

Halo 6 feels mixed... There are a few things that could potentially happen though. Halo 6 will have an excellent story and an excellent multiplayer, and it will go back to it's roots gameplay wise. 343i will -blam!- up Halo 6, story wise and multiplayer wise, the gameplay would most likely be like Halo 5:Guardians Halo 6 will be great story wise, maybe not so much multiplayer wise, but the gameplay will go back to it's roots. I believe that it'll either be the first or third option. 343i listens believe it or not. The reason why Halo 5 is the way it is? Mainly due to player feedback. Everyone wanted equal starts, equal abilities, etc, etc. We kind of got it. 343i wanted to make free DLC so the community wouldn't feel divided, but they -blam!-ed up with that. People now, hate the REQ system. People WANT the classic style of gameplay and well classic everything. A large majority of Halo youtubers are wanting this. Actman, Favyn, hell even Greenskull, someone who is called a 343i shill on a daily basis is wanting classic things to come back. Story wise? People enjoy shitting on Halo 5's terrible story, and I think 343i will redeem themselves in that regard. Either way, i'm betting it'll be the first or third options, but there's a large possibility given 343i's track record that it'll be the second option, third if we're lucky.

I wish the racist idiots would stop ditching all Bungie's assets they left, and screwing up the ones they kept. Locke? Stupid. Story based multiplayer? Shit idea executed poorly. Can't even do explosions right... Most importantly though: Give us freedom of customization and playable elites back.

1 返信Halo 5 was much better than Halo 4 but the story direction is still kind of atrocious. 6 should hopefully be a step up again but you never know.

Being completely honest a Halo 3 remaster isn't necessary. The game still looks and runs great, even almost 10 years later. I would much rather have them make a really good game (if they can) than just remake old games.

1 返信You rather play Halo 4 over Halo 5? I can't even take you partially serious, let alone fully.

Probably, but it would be more Microsoft's fault for not giving them an adequate amount of time to make a solid Halo game. Halo is in pretty bad shape right now and it would be unreasonable to expect an appreciable increase in quality.

A few things. 1, it's a good thing they didn't remaster halo 3. Wasted dev time and resources, and in no way would have saved 343. Its not coming and we should be thankful. 2, 343 has overall gotten better with every content drop. Halo 5 wasavast improvement over halo 4 in nearly every way, and with any luck halo 6 will fix the issues halo 5 had without going backwards like halo 4 did. The main issues that halo 6 faces (aside from rounding out the story) is: A) making sure all content is playable at launch. B) bringing back the huge variety of content that was lost in halo 4 and 5 C) compressing their files better so the "complete" game doesn't take over 100gb D) offerering more classic game modes on side of the new ones for fans of the simpler mechanics.

I don't think Halo got screwed up at all. In many ways, it got better. Some ways it doesn't shine quite as bright. They're done having Master Chief be that plot armor hero that all your inner 13 year old selves still mentally fondle when you need a pick-me-up.

Halo 5s multiplayer is really good. A bit overly competitive though, but very fun to play. Idk what 6 would be like though. Usually mechanics are added. I can't see anything else they can ad. If anything I'd hope them to remove a few things. Namely, Spartan charge (it's initiated way too fast) and ground pound (because stalling in the air accidentally while trying to melee someone during a jump can become one of the most frustrating experiences in the damn game. Especially at 49-49)
