Thanks BUNGIE for neglecting about the crashes of ps4 pro.

Since Tuesday when BETA was released, I and dozens of other players have failed to play. We can not because the game FREEZES / CRASH in our system. With the passing of days we expect an update of BETA that could fix this error! A patch came, yes! But it did not correct our problem. Then we started to expect an answer from bungie. But nothing was said concretely about the problem. Neither Twitter nor Reddit nor here in the official forum. NOTHING! ABSOLUTELY NOTHING of concrete was said! So many people were left out of the beta and nothing was answered. This is lack of respect with your players! On behalf of countless players, we hope you will post something about this error. We pray that the final game in September will not come with the same erros!

  • I've been experiencing the exact same problem as well. I was fortunate enough to still have my original PS4, so I've been able to play on that, but I am definitely looking forward to playing in the most optimal way on the Pro and this is super disappointing. Based off of the extensive research I've done on this issue, I have a strong incling that it may be a hardware issue that effects a few different games. I first experienced the issue with Rise of the Tomb Raider and noticed on blogs/forums that others have too. The only people who I've seen have that problem fixed are those who used their limited warranty for console replacements. Perhaps, in the first batch or two of PS4 Pros, there are hardware issues. I haven't seen many people describing if their systems were purchased recently or not, which would help narrow down this issue. Mine is most definitely an original console. In regards to both Bungie AND Sony, some kind of addressment needs to be made on this issue because it is clearly effecting many people at this point. I hope this has shed some light on the issue.

    • I don't have a ps4 pro but that sounds awful and some bs. Bumping for support. Hopefully they get it all worked out for the full launch.

    • Hello, Since the beginning of the Destiny 2 Beta, we have been actively tracking issues resulting in PlayStation 4 crashes. We have addressed one instance of this crash caused by Russian Localization features, but are containing to investigate alternate causes. Stay tuned to @BungieHelp on twitter for updates.

      • I have to agree. As someone who has been experiencing this issue I've found the communication on this issue to be very poor. We understand you're looking into it bungie but we need to know more. Some of us have a lot of money wrapped up in a preorder that we dont want to waste if you can't fix this issue.
