#Help is for technical issues. You'll have to email the Bungie Store for help with your shirt. Tracking stops once it leaves the US so you can't really see where it's gone after that. My shirt took forever to come in too. I ordered around the same date you did but it didn't arrive until late last week and I'm only in Canada.
