Seriously??? They announced a long time ago, that the servers go online at 10:00am PST... It's the PST-thing that confuses you? A game has just 1 clock, usually the one in the developer HQ (as is the case for Destiny) For 3 years, it's been a neverending flood of posts like this every time there's a server maintenance, update or event. How would it even be possible to bring servers online according to every local time, for an online-only game? That would mean that you would always be restricted to play with the ones living in your TZ and no connection between game servers in other TZ's
