so why are they pretending to call it early access to say that time zones varies I don't
understand the logic when it could be the next day before a country play the beta
it's like getting an early bird pass for an convention that doesn't always mean you get in early
to say most conventions don't kick of until 9am it may say for UK time 6 pm that comes with an delay
that leads it to be anytime between 6.25 - 6.45 pm due to time lapse delay plus waiting in cue time
just like the rise of iron did .

I think I catch what you are trying to say, but in this case, they're not doing anything wrong. Instead of going live at 10am in each individual time zone and doing a staged release, which would be an ineffective nightmare, that are flipping the switch on the entire system all at once. Despite the times being different in different locations, it is all still happening at 10AM -PST-. 3 days earlier than the open beta. Giving everyone access at the same time is the only logical solution; if they tried to do it by regions to keep the launch times the same, all anyone would do is proxy their connections to spoof being in the first region that got enabled and access it ahead of schedule anyways. No one is being excluded from logging in right away, but they'd have to decide if staying up until the opening time is worth it. It's not a lot different from me deciding if I should go to work or take the day off today to play earlier.
Bottom line, it's not a bad thing that's being done, it's in place to prevent the entire world from trying to connect to the Japan or Aus specific regional releases and ruining the experience for everyone in those areas.
