In D2 all melees will be the same 4.5m is this good or bad?

2 通の返信They might as well combine the three classes into one, call it "Guardian" and give it all the subclasses. This new CoD spin-off is looking like it'll be real fun.

I'm a Titan main, and I kinda hate it. It's great for PVP balance but it's taking away even more of the individuality of the classes even more then they already are. They're trying to push destiny as a competitive FPS when it has deeper fundamental problems then how the classes interact. They want to make halo, and not destiny at this point. My initial thoughts are negative, but I'll see how it plays out.

1 返信Have they added a way to use my melee attack without using my melee ability? A example of how to do this would be tap the button to melee and hold to use the melee ability or vice versa. If Bungie does that I will be a happy man.

15 通の返信Only as long as melee attack speeds are the same as well. Warlocks currently will lose a 1 on 1 melee fight due to the slower melee speed (especially compared to a titan).

3 通の返信Good, but it doesn't mean anything. Tracking, lunge distance, and attack power haven't been addressed.

We could also just have one set perk tree of abilities too. Possibly add 1 super per month and 3 slots for primary weapons. Trying to achieve balance will ruin this game.

If it's shorter than current, it might make melee confrontations more involved since you have to get in there, but it might make crowd-punching thralls as a titan a bit slow. I like the uniformity though.

2 通の返信I don't know... I kinda liked it... Hunters still have throwing knifes tho... Titans still get SC... And since voidwalker is not a roaming super a bit of extra range on warlocks wouldn't be game breaking imo...

I always thought that giving warlock less lunge for their range and titans more lunge for their lack of range would be a neat change with hunter melee being the median, as it has always sort of been. I like the changes though, and a three tap instead of two is a great change.

It's not like movement speed is actually noticeable to make up for it or whatever reason went behind it. I still think melee abilities could do with more creativity. Hunters have some of theirs going in the right direction, you use you lose it. Whereas the others are passive buffs. I find that to be lacking in potential. What I would like to see is more risk reward melee abilities. Other than how the hunters throwables work, make melees have a charge up time. There you can use it and lose it as well, and have something more effective. Makes me cry every time when I don't get this.
