The D2 hate is getting real....
But, to those of you who haven't played it yet.... (majority of you) I ask you this.....
You cannot read the ingredients to a meal and know what it tastes like until you try the meal, now can you?
Edit: I have seen a lot of these answers: "If one of the ingredients is a turd, I know it will taste bad" BUT, in what world is a turd ever considered an ingredient? Not sure where you guys are from, but, no meal, in the history of ever, has ever included turd on the menu. Plus, nothing a little sweet baby ray's bbq sauce cant fix! lol
Also, this post: " If you mix nasty ingredient A, with disgusting ingredient B, you know that will probably taste bad" That's a fair point, but what if you had never had any of the ingredients? How the heck would you know if it tastes good or bad? That's ultimately what I was stating. We aren't talking about ingredients you HAVE had, we are talking about ingredients you have NEVER had.

Final edit: Let me elaborate on the subject: Since we have seen about 5-10% of D2, what if you only knew 5-10% of the ingredients, do you think you know what the finish product will taste like only knowing a fraction of the ingredients? The answer is no. No way you could possibly KNOW. Have a hunch sure, but no way you can know!
Either way, I have seen very few posts that resort to name calling childish accusations. So, thank you all for being a civil as you have been!

The more ingredients in said meal that you don't like the more likely you are to dislike that meal.

1 返信To say I'm not concerned is an understatement. Some of the changes they've made in not sure I'm gonna be a fan of. Plus the overall gun play seems very underpowered in pvp, and unless bungie has changed it's way means in pve as well. They take away the ohk abilitys and then give us abilitys to heal. I'm not a huge fan of slow time to kills and that seems to be the case

That's what I don't get... many people have not played it. I have watched several vids of the Inverted Spire. It looked like Destiny, played like Destiny.... just better. The only thing I have not liked is the 4v4. Means I will have to kick 2 from my fireteam for pvp. Not a deal breaker... just annoying.

2 通の返信I don't care what other people say anyway. I judge a game for how much fun it is to play, and proof of a game I like is how much I play that game. There isn't a game out there that I have enjoyed more or played more than Destiny and I'm looking forward to more of the same with Destiny 2. I'll wait until I actually play it a while before I even think about judging it.

2 通の返信I was about to say- "play the beta" but in Destiny 1's case... people who played the beta, liked it, preordered the game, played through the story and got to the end game content felt very dissatisfied. The beta proved that Bungie got the minimal viable product right but messed up in other areas. The RNG left a lot to be desired. The loot cave was evidence for that. People wouldn't spend hours shooting into a cave if that wasn't the case. Purple engrams decrypting to blue or green items- unacceptable. The story- well, some would ask, "what story?" When the Stranger hands you her rifle and disappeared it left a lot of players with the reaction of "whaaa?" More questions raised and left as loose threads than answered. Who did she work for? She was in communication with someone. We never found out. It could have been her roommate bitching about paying her share of the rent for all we know. Nobody really enjoyed waiting sometimes for hours trying to find a team for nightfall or raids. Not everyone belonged to a clan. Even with a good amount of players on your friends list, they might not have destiny or lost interest in it. I could go on. Hating on Destiny 2 isn't fair right now. Wait a couple of weeks after the release. The truth about Destiny 2 will be obvious by then.

1 返信Fair enough, but what if the chef presented a meal to everyone and it was a pretty good meal but almost everyone says add this or take this out to make it better and this is requested over and over. But the chef doesn't do anything requested. Wouldn't you be like WTF? Think I'll eat at Burger King where I can get it my way.
