I've been saying it since day one: Use reverse psychology on RNG.
You want a piece of armor or weapon? Wish upon a wish that you don't want it. Yell obscenities at your TV/monitor about how much you don't want said item.
When it doesn't drop, you're like, "Well GOOD! I didn't want (said item) anyway!" And then you won't ever be disappointed.
When it finally does drop, just be like, "Well, meh!" And continue about your day.
60% of the time, it works, everytime. 👌
I swear I'm not just talking out of my rear end. Google studies on it. I saw it on a documentary that talked about quantum theory, and how observation can change the behavior of quantum particles. They then, started going down the rabbit hole, into the theory of how the universe may be a simulation (which I personally think is fun to imagine, but is ultimately BS). But then, they also talked about how studies, and experiments, show that concentrating on the particular number, or thing that you want to come up, when using RNG, almost always tips the odds in your favor, when compared to not concentrating on what you want, or concentrating on a different number, or thing.
