I mean, pay attention to your surroundings.
"Phucking door frame! Why'd you get in the way of my Nova! Kick the door frame from the party, obviously they're not a team player!"
Sh*t happens. Not really much you can do. Someone is going to get in the way of a nade or a rocket at some point either by accident or miscommunication. If you're on mic, shout your firing a rocket. That's about all you can do, or jump when you can.
You're bound to have someone pop a bubble right over or in front of you at some point too.
Thing that always seems to happen to me is when I'm floating sideways through the air to avoid someone whilst firing a rocket and just as I do so, I'll pass a f***ing pillar or some other point blank piece of scenery. POW.
yeah man cuz I'm always taking the time to look at my teammates to make sure they aren't holding a RL when i move in front of them, as I'm totally sure you do as well.
It's the responsibility of the guy shooting the rocket to make sure he has a clear line. If he is standing in front of you, -blam!-ing move. If he strafes in front of you, well, then shit happens.
