What's you're favorite boss theme? Personally, I liked the Darklurker theme the best.

Weirdboy99により編集済み: 5/23/2017 8:05:13 AMThere is only one right answer. Gwyn in Dark Souls 1. Anything else is wrong. You are fighting a god that lost everything including his sanity, and the music captures that perfectly.

I've played them all extensively, but I can't recall any of the themes. I guess I'm too focused on the fight to notice lol.

Artorias, Abyss Watchers, Gywn, and The Soul Of Cinder all have a place in my heart.

Gwyns theme and Lord Vordt of the borreal valley (when in the 2nd stage that music just goes!!!)

I dont know why, but I loved Vordt's chorus after the transformation. It could have been saved for a later boss where it would feel more epic, but I still like it nonetheless.

Maiden Astraea's is great, it also has some of the best remixes out there. Original Alex Roe's remix Hellkite Drake's remix

ReignofSpartainにより編集済み: 5/20/2017 6:37:16 PMTwin princes. That theme was worthy of being the final theme in the game but eh. Soul of cinder is hard to beat just because of nostalgia. The soul of cinder fight enjoyment was 70% music. I felt like i was fighting a soulless enemy.. an empty suit of armor. I didnt enjoy fighting him on a different level. Twin princes... they had emotion and fire. This.. plus the epic music... this is the only boss where i die on purpose just to extend this fight. Abyss watchers is another case of being mostly music. Multiple soulless enemies just doesnt get me into the fight as much.
so im choosing theme not by sound alone but how well it pairs with a boss
