Can i just say that reveal was......phenomenal
Bungie you really out did yourselves. If Deej or Cozmo see this please give my love to the developers and everyone else that was amazing!
*Edit* just to let everyone know I understand your concerns the original had these nice trailers and stuff and we got a different game just a warning always be skeptical of games don't pre order without knowing full well what your buying etc.
*Edit 2* to the people making the expansion remarks.
Yeah ok. 4 new worlds. New maps. New strikes. New raids. An actual story. New weapons. New armour. New/upgraded Abilities. New PvP modes. New features. New side missions. As well as match making system to help solo players who have suffered for a long time, may not fully repair it but good attempt. (Credit to USW on YouTube)
*Edit 3* Consoles will have a locked 30fps where as PC will have a unlocked frame rate so grab your 1080TI's and i7 7700k's and enjoy a nice 4k 60fps depending if they optimise the port well also no dedicated servers so yeah......good luck with the modders on PC guys GTA V on PC is bad enough

Finally real high game pvp !! The fact that some players could not get better instead of crying for nerfs can simply move to destiny 2 the causal game par excellence

Now we're stuck with Luke Smith. Luke Smith hasn't gotten anything right without getting two things wrong in the process. I'm not all that excited about it, I seriously doubt it will be better. It's good that it's new, but the things I think are bad are: No new Classes or Races 4v4 only Still P2P No carry over from D1 even though it's an ongoing story Rumors that PVP is not a permanent mode Luke Smith still running the show 30 fps Things like 4v4, p2p, and 30 fps make me worry that this game is not going to be completely finished when it releases. A lot of people here are saying expansion and I agree. A new game with new characters should have been an alternate story on the same timeline. It would have been easy to create another group of protagonists with another set of enemies and placed them anywhere. Seriously, are Guardians, Fallen, Hive, and Cabal the only things left in the entire galaxy? Hasn't it ever bothered anyone that the story modes have only taken place in isolated areas on any planet? Take Earth and imagine playing Destiny in a jungle, or desert, or the ruins of a great city. I always felt like this game wasted so much potential and I don't feel that's going to change in D2. I hope I'm wrong.

23 通の返信If it lookes the same.. why are they selling this as a new game? Why not just make this dlc? Fix what they have? Build on it? A sequel should have major upgrades. Not just more content on the same groundwork. Face it. It is dlc being sold as a whole new game... with a whole bunch of dlc to go with it. $$$$$$

5 通の返信Something to remember is that Bungie has always made it like this. For instance, Halo. When you think about it, Halo 2 and 3 were generally given the same treatment as a sequel game as Destiny 2 did.

1 返信You see when a company gets a massive amount of well deserved shit from its player base for 3 solid years, blatantly lies in the initial reveal, launches a full price game that has less story or purpose than minecraft, the stories only make some sense after the 4th DLC, holds time gated exclusives 2 times longer than agreed, lies to its players on update ( .04% damage boost) all the while pushing micrptransaction events that require you to pay for RNG boxes to get half of the stuff showcased. Yeah you don't get much recognition from anyone

Seriously bro, you hyped for a game that uses the old graphics engine of D1, no dedicated servers, no more than 30 fps on console? This should be called destiny 1.5. in matter of graphics they weren't even capable to improve quality, not even a little bit. They are at least 3 years back in what graphics design matters.

I would preorder based on the Reveal if it showed the guns we are actually going to get, instead of the cinematography enhanced guns we saw! Sorry, surrealistic movies don't express money from my wallet, knowing the movie weaponry is on steroids, and what I get is on a diet! Nice movie, though, very pretty!

13 通の返信All I can say is. This will be the biggest bust ever. 4 v4 in 2017 after taking out old gen. They do not learn. You do not take away current features. You add to them. Vault space Wil be like 12 slots. Just watch. You want more. Pay $$.

10 通の返信I completely disagree. Here is why: 1. Delayed PC version. Money grab by Bungie requiring some to have to purchase the game twice in order to stay active in the community. 2. No news on the server connection type. Are the consoles still required to use the frustrating P2P connections?! The whole reveal comes across as a hidden switch to a new game engine, and not much more.

Alllll aboard. Please watch your step as you make your way onto the hype train. They made Destiny look and feel amazing even after the beta I won't believe it until I play it. Looks good sounds good seems good but I'll reserve my judgement because they are professionals when it comes to making a complete disappointment look like the best time of your life

3 通の返信PvP should have remained 6v6 with 4v4 versions of each mode. Other than that, I loved it and I pre-ordered it 7 weeks ago so I don't really care much for the negative hate. They didn't push the envelope as much as we'd hoped but they have certainly pushed it somewhat - and thats enough for me I guess. Easily pleased? Maybe, I am - but hey I like shooting stuff on this engine and will continue to do so into the latter part of '17.
