The TV station reported the investigation is based out of FBI headquarters in Washington and is not a local investigation. Strategic Campaign Group described itself on its website as a full-service campaign group that helps with direct mail, telemarketing, print advertising, email advertising, creating lists of voters, polling and advertising on TV and radio.
