More of the same i reckon. Best players get the stuff from raids etc early, everyone else gets thrown a bone just before the new dlc lands. There should be rewards for the better players though, as long as they are not gamebreaking. D1 has been fairly boring IMO, just cycles of catching up, then getting left behind.
