The first VEX specific nerf was a 38% damage Nerf in September 2014.

I said nothing really. Nothing too much, but Vex was O.P. in the beginning. Now it needs a buff. But subclasses, weapons, shoulder charge, firebolts, super duration, hand cannons, Thorn...... all good still
