My opinion on this game [spoiler]Fireflies by Owl City is the best song of all time[/spoiler]

Too bad all this updated gear will be thrown out the window by September Edit: I'm sorry that my opinions differ from yours but you can all get bent, it's my opinion and I'm sticking to it, after countless hours spent grinding for gear yes I would like to see it carry over as a testament to what I've done besides some emblem so take your salt and run home to mommy, if you think differently that's fine but taking my personal opinion so offensively just shows how pathetic you are

You do realize everything has been watered down that even Ghorn doesn't matter anymore? Lets look at what Bungie's nerf happy team nerfed since y1... [b](Ammo)[/b] How much is in your chamber. Perks that allowed you to carry more ammo in the chamber. Perks that allowed you to carry and extra clip Reload time. Regen. [b]Please feel free to add on what I missed[/b] Not to mention on how many times all of that happend since Y1. [b](weapons)[/b] Not going to add this because the list is literally a mile long on how much and many time weapons have been nerfed along with it's entire category. That no company in gaming history has ever needed as much and how many times Bungie sanbox that doesn't play their own game has in a 2 year period. [b](Gear)[/b] Hmm, how is Helms Saint 14 working these days? Lol. That allowed you to use 2 perks at the sametime. That allowed you to compliment your super and health on every character that would regenerate your health in super faster than it is now. [b]Please feel free to add on what I missed[/b] [b](Orbs)[/b] They were even nerfed. They played a huge part when it came to using your super in VOG. Especially when you're running the Templar. [b](Super)[/b] On every character and sub-class [b]Please! feel free to add to this one.[/b] [b]( created weapons )[/b] Were created to be less affective. More weapons were created with slower reload time. As if hand-cannons reload time wasn't slow enough as it was on a few of them. Rockets were created to only hold one in the toob. Your legendary weapons have become your exotics. Bet you guys love the ammo on snipers now and the added bonus flinch. [b]Please feel free to add on what I missed.[/b] [b]( Grind time )[/b] No 20 different light levels to each weapon and gear peace in y1. That means when your rewards drop it was yours, you didn't need to look for the best roll. You had a variety of weapons you could use that actually worked in the raids. Now looking for a team because the damage that Bungie did is going to be longer. Causing that same Ripple again as y1 but worse. Completions on running the raids will be like running Kf that first 7 months before Bungie gave out that 320 hand me out update. 80+ times to acquire all the rewards for most gamers because of the lovely rewarding RNG in this game. With the added bonus of knowing it can take up to an entire year for some gamers to acquire certain weapons in this game. Bet with all the nerfs [b]( that will take place )[/b] before the update is released is going to have a positive impact running Vog and CE. You guys seem to forget how much damage Bungie actually did to this game in the last 2 years. Glad to see how much weaker a guardian actually is compare to year one and Bungie making the encounter to stretch it out a lot longer and calls that a "challenge" [b]Your list of what's coming doesn't outweigh the damage Bungie did to this game.[/b]

i would probably get more excited about a Destiny 2 teaser or trailer than this whole update.

They better quite easy to receive rank 7 in the Age Of Triumph record book i guess they would have to make it fair so maybe about 60 or 70% to complete so you can earn the special code for the Age Of Triumph Shirt (which i really want badly...) It would be stupid to turn around and say that you would need to compete the entire record book - 100% just for a t-shirt especially the amount of things that you would need to do in the game such as collecting all the dead ghosts that are in the game right now (which is about 130), also you would have needed to play destiny across its 3 year cycle and also have gotten the game from the very launch day and play before the dark below was release back in December 9th 2014 so this is even before anybody could have gotten the game at Christmas meaning that it would be unfair to anybody to play the game, as well as buying every expansion and DLC that came out to make sure that you could achieve every node that is in the record book for the final live event. Ps i also hope that they bring exclusive Age Of Triumph gear inside the Bungie Store at the time that the Age Of Triumph update is release due it being the final event for Destiny 1 until when Destiny 2 is released - hopefully this year.

I'm quite disappointed in this update. Bungie's belief in "equal opportunity" is bullshit. "Let's give everyone a participation medal", "you never made it to Flawless, oh no problem, you still get the same emblem as those that have". Bungie's minds set of giving out participation medals is complete bull crap. What happened to truly earning something? And then getting rewarded for that.

Will the t-shirt carry forward into D2?

I wish that your equipped gear on each character would carry over. Unless the beginning of Destiny 2 is you getting your butt whooped and losing all of your stuff. Then you can start with your favorite setup and go from there. Doesn't make sense story wise to lose it all, unless something bad happens to you. No one throws away a max level fatebringer for no reason.

Wont matter one bit to me, never had enough friends that play destiny to have a full raid fireteam anyway. Only done them once or twice through LFG (mind numbing experience) and still never completed Kingsfall. Nothing exciting in this update for me or other lone guardians, roll on Destiny 2.

I think this is a fantastic update but why in the fuh was this not done a year ago! Everything everyone wanted and they bring it in its dying days
