3 通の返信Did it a few times when I was younger and didn't have more than 5$ most of the time. When I got a job I started buying everything, including old games I pirated before. ( even pay for my music now)

I use to contribute to the reverse engineering of the PS2 and then moved on to PS3. I mainly messed with memory editors and save file decryption. Anyone of substance in the jailbreak scene during those era of consoles who says they didn't contribute for piracy reasons is full of shit.

Yes ive used emulators for old games. While its still technically pirating the games are no longer in production and hard to find to buy. As for a current game no ive never pirated one. Unless you are like microsoft and sony who believe that sharing games between friends is piracy.

I grew up with the C64 and Atai 800XL and later the ST and Amiga. Also started playing on PC in the 286 days. So yes I did, a lot in fact. Nowadays I buy my games though, but back in those days getting a legal version of a game was much harder than pirating one.

The only ones i have pirated are nintendo games that were never released outside of nintendo. I would love to give them money for the games but they refuse to do an official translation and port, so i am forced to download them illegally if i want to enjoy them.
