I thought it was stupid that there was never an option to change your character's appearance. Now that face is the only thing carrying over. lame.

First world problems , get new emblems in D2 . Bungie will issue generic 3 shaders for D1 completion.

Emblems and grimoire is all I would like to carry over. I'd understand if shaders don't pass over if they are incompatible with the new system or whatever, or if they've completely changed the shader system. Though, I would like some reprised shaders in their new form, like Vallsgarde and Thunderdevil. I'm fine with everything else staying behind.

So many nerds get attached to their pixels. You've had your vault full of memories for years. Time to let go. I played the crap out of World of Warcraft and earned some amazing achievements and mounts and gear too. It's all sitting in a vault somewhere. Do I care anymore? Is it doing anything for my life? No. I've moved on. You can too. This whole fixation on "my time and my hard work" is pretty laughable. Get a job and rethink your definition of hard work and priorities. You paid money to play a game, you played the crap out of it just like I have. Let's move on to new adventures and acquiring new trophy items. It's OK that you can't show everyone (who doesn't care anyway) what you've accomplished in the past. Play the game for entertainment, not to horde pixels forever to feel your life has had worth. To justify your hours played to yourself. If you need to give your life meaning and have something to show for it, that's a sign you need to get outside and off the video games. If you're securely attached to video game pixels, you have a serious problem. Get help.

At least the triumph emblems of y1 and y2 imo. I don't see the point of those two emblems when they're not transferred into all Destiny games in the future. The funny thing is: I sold Blacksmith once for over 100 bucks. That idiot doesn't look so smart now...

All I want is ONE emblem that said I was there. I don't even care about my Destiny Beta emblems and so on. Life goes on. Let's appreciate a brand new game.

Yeah I think all kiosk items save for exotics should stay. That way we have all the cosmetics and all our triumphs. At least moments of triumph emblems should carry over.

That's the point of a new game..... nothing carried over from battlefield 4 to battlefield 1, or gta 4 to gtav.. or gran turismo 5 to gt 6.... and so on..... why should D1 to D2 be any different?

It would be cool to be able access your D1 Emblems through an Emblem Kiosk in D2 and display D2 & D1 Emblems on your character simultaneously in unique slots as well as continuing beyond D2 with the same idea. This may also spark people's interest in obtaining D1 Emblems from the original title just to be able to display them in D2 and any Destiny game beyond that.
