Stuck in trial mode
I played through the trial mode a few days ago and bought ROI expansion but I am perpetually stuck in trial mode. I've tried clearing my Xbox One's cache and I've tried reinstalling it. I've checked to see if any of my installed DLC says trial, but nothing does.
I just want to go to the moon but I get a message that says "Requirements not met" and when I click on it nothing happens. What do I do about this? I can't play this game anymore.

1 返信Hello, Are you currently playing a disc or digital version of Destiny? If you own a digital version, restoring the consoles licenses is the first step: https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12181 If that does not work, you will need to contact the console support to ensure you have the correct licenses. If it is a disc version, you need to ensure there are no issues with the disc.

28 通の返信Unfortunately, in order to play Rise Of Iron you need to own Destiny The Taken King. If you don't own this or the collection you don't have access to the expansion.
