Why would u have luck in the chamber on scouts? U have to be realy lucky to get that bullet with more dps. It is more usefull on hcs

Oh I agree. I just thought it was funny that I got a hand cannon god roll on a Scout Rifle LOL. I did find that when it proc'd it seemed to do so in good situations where I needed one more headshot and got the body instead but the extra damage allowed me to get the kill anyway
