I'm confused cuz the patch notes say hungering blade immediately starts health regen and grants more health per kill. Aren't these good things? And then if those effects were inadvertently given to all those other perks wouldn't that be better?But it sounds like those other perks aren't working at all. So I really don't get what is going on. Maybe that is part of the problem?
