The unknown planet where the pyramid ships emerge is possibly the moon Rhea which is under the control of the Nine.
This is part of my speculation as to why the unrevealed pyramid ship race might actually be the Nine. Rhea is Saturn's moon which is heavily cratered and has wispy markings similar to the unknown planet and the Cauldrons of Rhea are referenced in the Grimoire. A cauldron or caldera is a massive volcanic crater caused by explosive volcanic eruption and surface rock collapse into an empty magma chamber(Source: geology.com) which may appear as large dots on a planet's surface. I would appreciate hearing your thoughts.

EDIT: Sorry guys for the confusion regarding calderas when I created the topic the first time. The small craters(small dots) on the planet's surface are likely to be impact craters meaning they are formed through the collision of a meteorite and not volcanic eruptions unlike calderas. However, the larger dots are more likely to be formed from a volcanic force meaning they are calderas.

But I can say that those aren't calderas at all, but simply craters from meteorites. Especially since it was most likely formed from Saturn's rings. Rhea isn't even capable of volcanicity because it's interior is liquid/fluid ice (amugst other liquid-fluid gases) and a nickel core. Get your facts straight before you call out a 'theory'. Also Rhea is a moon, not a planet.

2 通の返信Those were concept drawings for hive ships. To be fair Bungie specializes in rehashing and reusing things, but those got left on the floor with the story a long time ago.

3 通の返信The fact is: original art wasn't meant to define the nine. More than likely the planet is fundament, and those ships belong to one of the Hive entities. Most likely it's protecting fundament, or it could be the fleet emerging to concur the sky. It could be, because of these ships threat that the traveler fled. If there is any grimoir concerning this, please share. I love hearing new theories and ideas.

4 通の返信I like to hear speculations about the cryptic things in Destiny. Saturn has over 60 moons and probably dozens more that haven't been discovered, it's like this all over the place. Most systems have multiple moons, and the larger the more there are. There are tons of places the Nine could call home in our solar system.
