It's not just top players with this issue. I'm definitely not a top class plsyer, but I'm good enough to know when my shots should be hitting and aren't. Bungie, if you're listenning, as an average player, I would much rather get killed by someone who is better than me than get killed by someone who is worse but won the connection lotto. Last IB for 2016 was a huge improvement. Don't know what's going on this IB, but the connections are really bad. One in five games have acceptable connections. Please fix it. Its getting very hard not to throw the controller at the screen in frustration.
