No, and I have 90Mbps down / 12Mbps up, I have no dropped packets on my service (i monitor it) and my latency and ds/us is good on both coasts as far as speed tests go (im in chicago).
I have a type 2 nat, and uPNPis enabled on my router.
This just started happening the last few days.
Its not on my end.
