You said you felt terrible about certain emotions and that you felt that you shouldn't have answered the phone call. You can talk to other girls. Ex girlfriend or not. That is fine. I know some people with girlfriends that like breathing near other girls is cheating. But I agree with someone below. It sounded like she had an ulterior motive for calling you out of the blue like that. I commented in regards to your guilt over other emotions. We're human and can't help it. It's your actions that matter.
