Maybe, maybe not. You can't know what's in her heart unless she tells you. Women can be very very confusing. She could be telling you all this after 2 years of silence because she does want to twist the knife. She could also be telling you this because she still has feelings for you and she's telling you your opportunity to get her back is dwindling. The third thing she could be doing, which is very devious and vindictive and women can be quit good at both of those things, is she wants you to think she cares for you still so you make a move to win her heart again and then proceeds to tell your current GF what you have done. She still gets married, you lose current GF. Win win for her. If it were me, I would never talk to her again. There's a reason she's not part of your life anymore.
