Basically, the sword has a chance to despawn shortly after the knight holding it has been killed. Like, before the player has a chance to pick it up. Bug is really annoying and effectively ruins a perfect run. It's something that shouldn't be happening and I really hope that you can find the time to work it into your next patch.
