Listen up Titans! We suck......or not?
Does anyone think that the titan class was nerfed a little too hard? In PvP it seems like the Titan classes are out performed by super tracking nades, infinite ranged melees, and smoke/grenade combos. Juggernaut is strong don't get me wrong but not on par with the other classes.
The shoulder charge nerf hurt a lot forcing a lot of people to make the switch to juggernaut. Juggernaut and shoulder charge were the saving graces of the titan class but with one of them being nerfed and the other is just too damn risky to be used. In anything difficult like Trials, juggernaut isn't enough to compete with the advantages of grenades and melees of the other classes.
I would like to know you guys' thoughts on this. Is there something that I'm missing? Or am I just crazy and imagining things?

Idk I was playing defender in mayhem clash for like seven matches to get the void kills for the thorn bounty and I was top of the board for 4 of those matches. I called my self the fun police with armentarium and suppression grenades. I did feel kind of ashamed of using a party crasher but it did the job of killing supers

Your kiding right titans all classes are amazing in pvp warlocks are also but only blade and certain nightstalker setups... I uaslly play my hunter but i still -blam!-ing hate shadestep and garision its suck a pain in the asd to verse the spammers.

3 通の返信Really don't care if titans suck or not.... I will always main my titan. To be honest I suck with all 3 classes, I just prefer to suck with my titan.

Titans don't suck. Not at all. I'm a Titan main and have been since the beginning of the game. Our strength is not in our abilities but in the way we use those abilities to stay alive. Then wreck them.

2 通の返信Don't know where you get we suck from. If Bungi nerfs one sub class, we deal with it and try the other subclasses. I was a defender and then a sun breaker and I like my set up and I'm still a walking juggernaut. We are titans, we are the superior class.

Next time I'm on, I'lol be rolling a bunch of exotic arms. If I get the ophidian aspects, I'm going stormcaller. Fist of havoc feels as though it's damage reduction has been nerfed, juggernaut is still quite strong. But shoulder charge brought a lot of enjoyment. Ya...I have a feeling it's time for me to retire my pvp main... Defender is still amazing in both pve and pvp

2 通の返信Honestly, I just don't see the point of shoulder charge nef done recently. 2 years without changing it and then all of a sudden it's a problem? Just shows bungie listens to all the cries eventually.

3 通の返信I dunno dude, getting shotgunned by a Titan whose titan skating while using Juggernaut and a max range matador, is the kind of stuff that causes a relationship to die. If you're saying Titans are bad for your relationship, then yes you'd be correct Titans DO suck. If you're saying Titan gameplay sucks...I suggest you go see your local psychiatrist.

3 通の返信Over all we are dead last by a good margin according to the population dtr. Striker is our only subclass that didn't make the bottom 3... With these nerfs, I expect them to drop from the middle of the pack to the lower tiers. So yes data says you are correct. Unless the trolls have evidence to back up their opinions, then ignore them.

3 通の返信Titans can close the gap faster than any class in the game. That alone makes them fantastic in nearly any scenario, shoulder charge or not.

7 通の返信Shoulder charge never should've been touched I would've rather they tweak the artifact instead. To many unnecessary nerfs to Sunbreakers they should've just adjusted the armor and nothing else. Defender with no back up plans good last time bungie shows statistics on the subclasses it was at the very bottom K.D wise. I wouldn't mind the defender class get a little something extra nothing huge but some added effectiveness.

Titans are good imo. Especially striker. Excellent nades. Good melee even if it is with T. rex arms. Excellent super. Excellent mobility. Add shoulder charge for a bit of filthy icing on the top. All round good and fun subclass.

2 通の返信I've been doing a lot better with Defender in the Crucible. (Was doing the Void Kills for the Thorn Questline). Year1 Messenger with Void dmg Tao Hung Yun Ruin Wake Weapons of Light Had a blast playing with this [i]longer[/i] range loudout during Control matches.
